This class builds upon the strong foundation established in the beginner class and will show you how to progress to the next level. You can choose to take this class after the beginner class or, if you have experience with Kettlebells, take this on its own. Learn how to approach your workouts so that you increase your awareness of how to control your movements as weights get heavier and as fatigue plays a bigger role in your training. In this 90 minute follow up workshop with Instructor Abdul Mujib you will learn how to train as hard as you can with Kettlebells while feeling stronger and safer than you ever have!
$20/members, $25 non-member Join certified Kettlebell Trainer Abdul Mujib for a 90-minute in-depth course on kettlebells. Mujib will review proper techniques for handling kettlebells to prevent injury, the right form for the exercises we do the most, and best practices so that you'll maximize each movement. Here’s your chance to increase your knowledge of how to swing without back pain, hold a kettlebell without hurting your wrists, and feel fluid moving the kettlebell.
Whether you are trying yoga for the first time or have years of experience, there is space in Adeline's Kripalu Yoga class for you. With an emphasis on whole-body awareness and self-care, you'll feel strong, calm, and rejuvenated after an hour of mindful movement, breathing, and meditation. Each class will offer opportunities to strengthen your muscles, work on balance and flexibility, and feel at home in your own body.
Free for Artemis Members Please reserve your spot at the front desk.
