Free Week!


For one week only, all of our group fitness classes will be FREE! Come to as many as you'd like, all week long! It's an excellent way to see if Artemis is the right fit for you. If you're new to exercise or haven't been to a class at Artemis, we recommend starting with a FUNdamentals class. It's a total body workout appropriate for all levels, from beginner to expert.

View the schedule, invite a friend, and please stop in. You do not need to sign up in advance, but if you’re new please come a few minutes before class to fill out a waiver.
