Road Runners
Want to get in better shape or prepare for your first 5K or 10K? We have a new 8-week program called ROADRUNNERS that combines both road running and strength training workouts to get you in shape for the Round Church Women’s Run on Saturday August 24th in Richmond, VT.
Program starts June 25th and runs for 8 weeks.
This program includes:
- 1 Tuesday night running group led by an experienced running coach (meets at 5:30pm)
- 2 Total Body Strength Training Groups per week (Afterburn or Fundamentals)
- Race Registration
- Free T-Shirt

Summer Body Blast Program
Spice it up for the summer and feel your best! This total body strength training program
includes core work and bursts of cardio to increase your caloric burn. You will strengthen
and tone your body in all the right places! Designed for all fitness levels and abilities. Program starts June 18th and runs for 8 weeks.
This program includes:
- 2 Total Body Strength Training Groups per week OUTSIDE
- Free Fitness Consultation with body measurements
- Free WEEK pass to Artemis Fitness
- Add Body Blast Plus to accelerate your training. This gives you
4 personal training sessions for an additional $100.

Mom’s Group
Artemis is proud to offer FREE childcare on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 – 10:00 am. If you are a Mom looking for a great workout AND a place for your children to have some fun, then come to our groups where childcare is offered for FREE. These total body conditioning groups are great for getting back into shape post-baby or challenging your current fitness routine. Call us for details and to register for our childcare.
